Thank you for joining our team. This section of the website gives you access to our extensive catalogue of exclusive online wholesale prices. Simply select which products you would like to order from the wholesale range and then checkout via Credit Card or Paypal.

Alternatively, you can email us at hello@santhaking.com for an order form, line sheet, bank account details and an invoice. Please also contact us if you are interested in Drop shipping.

In the case of defect or incorrect items received, we offer a 14 day replacement turn around. Please note we don't purchase materials or produce in bulk to minimise our wastage and landfill contribution. Rest assured our priority is getting our products to you in a conscious quick turn around without jeopardising our quality.

 

Minimum Orders

Our wholesale minimum is $1000 per order.

We don’t offer stockist exclusivity unless an annual order commitment  has been organised and agreed upon. Please email any specific enquires to hello@santhaking.com.

 

 

Shipping

Our delivery times vary, with order lead times up to 3 weeks of full payment being received. Shipping is calculated based on your order weight and will be charged, via invoice, on top of your order. 

If you think the shipping seems high please contact us once you have received your shipping invoice and we will see if one of our other deliverers can offer a better rate than our main courier option. Please email us at hello@santhaking.com.au with any questions.

Our shipping window is within a 3 week period, but we always strive to get your purchases to you as soon as possible. We will also call you in advance of any delays we can control or foresee. Sadly with some customs and Corona virus hold ups we cannot guarantee every aspect of delivery.
